Green Olive Paste

The olives, after being harvested, are subjected to a natural curing process in tanks designed for this purpose. It is then subjected to a manual selection process, in which the green and black olives are separated. After this process, the production of the olive paste begins, during which seasonings are added, as well as extra virgin olive oil from the Solar dos Dragos brand, which gives it a harmonious combination of black, fresh and olive flavor.
