Manual harvesting in 25kg boxes, gentle pressing of the whole grape, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with regular bâtonnage. 100% of the batch completes fermentation in new and used 225 L French oak barrels, where it ages on fine lees for 12 months. The final batch matures in the bottle for 4 months.
With a citrus yellow hue, complex aroma, reminiscent of stone fruit, citrus fruits, lemon blossom, tea and toast from the barrel, well integrated.
Fresh mouthfeel, with good greasiness, with a vibrant and long finish.
