Manual harvesting in 25 kg boxes, gentle pressing of the whole grape, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. 50% of the batch completes fermentation in new 225L barrels where it ages on fine lees for 9 months. The final batch matures in the bottle for 6 months.
It has a greenish-yellow hue, with aromas of stone fruit and citrus, complexed by notes from aging in wood. With a creamy and crunchy finish. A great balance between its acidity and volume.
Blend: Arinto, Viosinho, Rabigato and Gouveio.
